Happy spring eve!

Our family celebrates eves. It’s the last day before whatever milestone is next. It’s always a good time to reflect on the year past. It’s time to pack up the sweaters and get ready for warmer weather. We have had a really chilly Feb/March start. That is unusual for us. I am ready to embrace the change into spring and it’s lovely pastel colors, but it can still a little chilly for most spring-wear fabrics. Layering becomes your best fashion friend for times like this.

Here, I am using brighter-ish colors to embrace the new season but have backup warm pieces in case the weather has other ideas. It’s easy to take the duster and scarf off if the sun starts shining. have had the winter white sweater duster for as long as I can remember. The vibrant plaid scarf is special since it was one of the first ones I ever thrifted when I finally decided I was going to be a scarf lady lol.

I thrifted the sweater and the cute Banana Republic pants, they were only $10. The beret was gift for Christmas so I was anxious to finally wear it.

Being blonde, I have never really liked yellow on me, but the color is growing on me. I think I will have to acquire a few more pieces.

Winter white is a great color for coming out of winter, I am so pasty that it helps to warm my skin tone just enough to let the other colors take over without washing me out too much.

Where has the time gone? Can you believe spring is almost here??

Blessings,

Eden
