Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Do you have big plans for Saint Pat’s day? I think we are going to stay home and have a double date with corn beef & cabbage and the Insta-pot. Netflix will probably show up and really get the party started. Oh, the glamorous life we lead lol. I am not a beer drinker, I just don’t care for the taste of it so I will raise a glass of sparkling water to you sham-rockers.

I will certainly partake in wearing green though, The luck of the Irish was with me when I found this adorable green swing skirt for only $4! Y’all know by know how much I love a swing skirt with pockets. Swing skirts are very easy to alter at the waist so I always look through all sizes of skirts when I thrift. It almost perfectly matches the $5 Walmart suspenders, and the little shamrocks on a vintage green tie that I have had forever and wear every year.

I bought the cute green and white oxford heels 15+ years ago. They are near the top of the list of my favorite shoes. I bought them in 4 different colors. I am a sucker for an oxford heel.

Lately, I have been into wearing suspenders and skirts as well as ties with ruffled shirts. It’s a fun look you don’t see often, which is my favorite type of style.
