Thrifted Thursday $13 vintage coat

Happy Thursday everyone! I am getting a late start on this one today considering it is almost evening. Normally I have this up first thing but it’s just been one of those crazy days. The outfit is a little crazy too, but that’s just my standard style lol. I saw a similar-ish outfit online and wanted to put my own spin on it. I wanted an Annie Hall type of vibe with pops of bright red. I found this awesome vintage herringbone coat for only $13! I knew it would go great with the outfit I had in mind. It has a Dick Tracy feel and I know I will be styling it with so many things in the future. $13 well spent!

It’s one of those coats that never really go out of style. It will always look great with menswear which I wear often. The pants, the vintage tie, and the hat were also thrifted a long time ago but they look cute together. The little rose was from Hobby Lobby. It came as a pair and I just love them.

The red gloves and oxford heels are statement accessories. The outfit stands on it’s own but the extra color gives it my signature touch. I wear red and black to death, I can’t ever get enough of that color combo.

This is an easy outfit to recreate in other colors, a button-down shirt, a v-neck sweater, a blazer, and plaid pants. It can be toned down a lot by getting red of the red, but what is life without a little fancy here and there lol.
