Western Wednesday $10 Zara plaid dress

When I think of Zara clothing, western certainly is not the first thing that comes to mind. but when I found this cute plaid dress for $10 I knew immediately that I wanted to style it as a duster.

You all know how much I love pockets and full skirts. One of my favorite styles is using button-down dresses as a long over jacket. It’s a fun way of layering but also gives an outfit a little drama.

Destroyed American Eagle jeans, a neck handkerchief, vintage red cowboy boots, and disc belt help to give this city dress a Texas western vibe.

This dress would also be cute with just boots. It’s a little small in the top so I think I might add a lace inset in the back to make it more wearable for other options.

There is nothing better than the warm sun and a cool spring breeze after a long winter of being inside. Welcome back beautiful spring weather!
