VINTAGE WHAAAT?

There are certain things that remind me that I am an oldie. Going to bed at 9 pm, routine aches & pains that I COMPLAIN about, talking about the weather in length, getting asked if I qualify for a senior discount, getting AARP stuff in the mail. HMMPH!! There’s just no denying that I have graduated to an oldie (but goodie lol)

Most recently though, it was reading an article that says anything over 20 years is vintage… WHAAT??? Oh geez, or should I say geeze?? I guess I only need to start shopping in my closet for vintage items.

Time really does fly, it seems like yesterday that I bought this adorable skirt at NBC, but it’s been OVER 20 years!

The top is also “vintage” I’ve had it almost as long as the skirt. This shirt always hangs with this skirt. Those old chicks need to stick together lol. I gotta say, it’s a weird feeling when your favorite outfits turn “vintage” I guess what I call vintage, 60’s-80’s, will now be called antiques lol.

She may be “vintage” but this sweet little skirt still looks brand new and can twirl with the best of them. (she might need a couple of arthritis pills after lol) Full circle with small gold bead detail. She’s now an oldie but goodie and that’s okay with me. I guess we will twirl into old age together.
