Thrifted Thursday The $1 Blues

I wrote a recent post about some cute items I got from the Goodwill outlet, aka the BINS. These adorable Express blue and white pinstripe pants were part of that haul. Coming in at just $1 they are a fabulous pair of slimming pants.

I love electric blue, but I don’t own a lot of it. When I recently bought the $19 Walmart hat I didn’t think it would get a lot of use, but I have worn it back to back from one thrift purchase. Almost everything I bought at the BINS that day had very bold colors, they are usually passed up by most shoppers since they can be hard to style, which is great for me lol.

I’ve had this white suit vest for decades, it’s a classic style. I wear it a lot in the summer. It makes a great top since it has a dressy feel to it.

A vintage blue clutch purse from the 80’s has been in my closet longer than I can remember, it’s nice when an old piece gets new life again. A great $1 purchase for sure!
