Pretty woman & pink

Isn’t it funny how you can see an outfit in a movie and it stays in your fashion memory bank for years? To this day, whenever I see a polka dot dress I immediately think of the movie Pretty Woman and the brown dress she wore. I am not a super fan of the brown color, but slap on pink and I am all in.

$19 is a fair price for this DN designs pink beauty, but this was part of my birthday shopping haul from NBC and their HUGE 4th of July sale, so my price was only $3! The zipper had come off the track, which is such an easy fix.

The nice and flowy fabric is the perfect answer to a hot summer day even. A great dress to wear to church or weddings, any event really.

Flower clips are great accessories, I like to use them on my lapels, belts, purses, and shoes. Adding them to basic white heels just gives them a cute little fem detail. I bought these jeweled cuties on clearance at Hobby Lobby for $3.

I could add a hat, but sometimes I like to keep it plain and simple, not often lol obviously, but this time, I prefer to let the dress be the focus instead of all the accessories. I think this simple cutie will be in my closet for the long haul.
