It’s HOT pink!

Can you believe the temperatures around the country? Texas is always hot in the summer but it’s been excessive. Hot pink for a day that is going to be over 100 degrees seems appropriate.

Dopamine dressing is all the rage right now. It’s basically wearing colors to elevate your mood. Hot pink and other bright colors tend to be in the dopamine color family per the fashion powers that be. It’s hard to deny that bright colors do put a pep in your style step.

I found this adorable ruffled capri jumpsuit at GW for $12. It is such a bright color, that it stood out in the rack of dresses.

I already had the bright and sheer floral kimono, another GW find from a couple of summers ago. I can’t remember the exact price but I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for one. I knew I could wear it with so many things.

The jumpsuit is a cute little summer number, but it is a little small in the waist, it should be sized as an XS, so it will be hitting the sale rack. My hot pink loss will be someone else’s gain.

The cute two-tone heels are by Charlotte Russe. I have had them for 10+ years and wear them with just about every hot pink outfit I own! I think I need to invest in a new style, hmmm, always a great excuse to buy a new pair lol!

Blessings,

Eden
