Let the Christmas plaids begin!

The holidays are in full swing here at the crow’s nest! We have so much going on this month, lots of friends and family coming in for Christmas and our vow renewal, we will have a full house which I love. I have been a busy decorating bee this week and hope to have everything done soon. Normally I am done with it right after Thanksgiving but I am painfully behind this year with everything on my to-do list. The front door is a quick glimpse of more to come.

I am starting my season off with the first of many Christmas plaid outfits, I guess I should apologize now for the excessive amount of plaid you will see this month lol. Being a Christmas junkie, I own entirely too many tartan prints. It’s always hard to decide which ones will make the cut for the season.

This cutie pie cape I bought from Shein about 3 years ago. It’s my go-to outfit to jumpstart the holidays. It’s warm and so festive. I can dress it up or down depending on what I am doing and if the weather is agreeable. Today, I paired it with lovely over the knee vintage Ralph Lauren boots that I completely adore!

I have had great luck with capes from Shein. They are reasonably priced and so cute & stylish. I always get a lot of compliments on them. I wear a lot of capes this time of year so I guess December and January will be plaid cape-o-rama lol. I’ll be posting more pix of the decor this week.

Blessings,

Eden
