$3 prom skirt

Prom you say??? My son and his gorgeous girlfriend just had theirs. Awww… cutie pies for sure. If someone would have told me I would be buying a prom skirt for myself… well insert hysterical laughter here. Unless Amazon is now selling time travel back to the 80’s. Howeva…..I could not pass up this adorable skirt when NBC had prom clearance for $3. Yep, that’s not a typo. $3! Originally I was going to cut some of the bottom off since I do love me a pretty floral swing skirt, but then once I put it on and started spinning around like a 5 year old, I decided to keep it the way it was for now.

Since it’s so long, I can pull it up, slap on a belt and wear it as a strapless dress. (one of the few benefits of being short) Something about floral just puts me in a spring kind of mood so in my cart you go. The turtleneck was also only $3 at NBC, I bought it in a couple of colors. Such a fun outfit for only $6!!! Who can say no to that?
