I love vintage clothing and I dearly love the styles of the 50’s well dressed woman. Talk about class, it was just a time when great style ran supreme. The full swing skirts, capri pants, circle and sheath dresses. Nothing baggy or ill fitting. Just tailored wonderfulness which I adore.

This dress has that 50’s feel even though it is not vintage, although it’s getting there. I’ve had this wonderful Isaac Mizrahi dress for over 15 years and I love it just as much as the day I bought it. It’s a timeless wrap style with a oversized tie at the waist. You gotta love a dress that will really never go out of style, at least not my style lol.

It’s been a regular Easter dress since normally I always wear white. Over the years, I have added a lot of different accsssories to it since it will go with everything, but my favorite is a large red rose I turned into a pin, and my vibrant red shawl. I just really love the stark contrast.

What’s any dress without the right shoes? Polka dot bows add the finishing touch to my old die hard love.
