Thrifted Thursday, prisoners, Beetlejuice and The Kardashian/Jenners. This post covers a lot.

Everyone has heard of the Kardashians/Jenners. Beautiful and fashion-forward. Some look a little like Bratz dolls but hey, whatever floats their cosmetic boat. Kendall and Kylie have their own apparel line, The clothes are stylish and well made with quality fabrics, meant to be affordable to us regular folks. Like this pencil skirt which sold at Nordstrom’s for around $160. I am sure that is cosidered cheapity cheap to the Jenners, I personally would never pay that for one article of clothing, but more power to you if you do.

I found my K&K skirt at GW for $5.99, a cute Apt 9 black and white top for $4.99 and a Laura Madrigano bolero Jacket for $7.99. The cute black and white color block sweater was not thrifted but purchased at NBC for $3, which honestly is cheaper than thrift. The caged heels are by Aldo.

I do have a lot of black and white in the vault so these pieces will be used with so many things and all for only $22. Now we are speaking my fashion language. The skirt is on Mercari presently for $80, still half of retail which is good but still more than I would pay. It’s good to know when I tire of it that it will be easy to sell. It is a little long for me and it defiantly has a Beetlejuice/prisoner kind of vibe going on, which I guess is just perfect for Halloween month!
