It’s thrifted Thrusday with a mini-style challenge. The top from yesterday’s post makes a quick comeback, it has already earned its keep. We are doing a mini style challenge with a thrifted crochet vest by pink collection for $4.99.

I asked our beautiful daughter to show how she would style it. She chose an adorable hippie look with gladiator sandals, a tank dress and a floppy hat. She is such a beauty, she could wear a potato sack and make it look good. I like the green pop of color so the details in the vest show through.

I enjoy doing these style challenges with my girls. We have fun with fashion, they are half my age and all have their own unique and completely different styles. I love to see what they put together.

I chose to make it into a western style, all in black, funny tank top, jeans, hat and boots. I LOVE western wear so this vest just gave it a cute little kick.

It’s fun to share styles with your girls or friends. No need to wear the same boring thing when you can get new ideas to spruce an item up. Create your own little challenges. Something fun to do on a Friday night, go into your closets and play a little dress up. Ask how they would style some of your pieces on you. Great for bonding and new ideas!
