Hey y’all! Hope you are all recovering from your July 4th food fests! We had to cancel our party at the last minute, our son was in contact with some kids who tested positive for Covid AND strep. Thank God he tested negative for both, but better to be safe than sorry. We still had a great family day which is what it’s all about.

Now back to the business of fashion finds… When I saw this dress, I honestly thought someone had hung a table cloth on the rack by mistake. Red gingham immediately reminds me of a country picnic. A great vintage $10 GW find. It is homemade and done very well. Full skirt, deep pockets. I wish I could sew like this. The color is so vibrant, and the style is timeless. I paired it with ribbon tie wedges, always a summer favorite. A truly perfect picnic dress.
