Oui to Paree

I took French in high school. I remember a few basics and how to count to ten. I know, it’s impressive, (insert a hair flip here)… tell all your friends about the cultured blogger you know lol. Oui is yes in French and Paree is the uppity translation for Paris. Dropping Googled French knowledge, just one more service we provide here at CFIH.

Inspiration for my outfits come from the most random places. I saw a commercial with a scarf and beret and I went to the vault and started shopping for a cute little Parisian-inspired outfit. Now granted, a leather jacket does not really scream French couture to me but I think it looks cute with it, there’s never any real rhyme or reason in what I throw together.

The striped leather boatneck top is by Ralph Lauren. The long faux leather skirt is from Shein. the leather jacket is from Forever 21. I’ve had the beret for as long as I can remember. Every girl should own a beret. They are just so darn cute. For a more everyday-ish look, I added flats and skinny capri jeans.

Paree whimsy!! Now if I only had a red bicycle it would have been the perfect prop lol. This was such a fun outfit to wear. It’s always good to step out of a fashion routine.

Blessings,

Eden
