Here it is. The last white dress post of the summer. Wearing white after Labor Day is a big fashion no-no. At least it used to be. You can wear any color any time of year you want to. Fashion is what you make it. I break fashion rules all the time but with the exception of a few things, I do tend to be a little more old school and save my whites for the summer.

When I saw this Tosca chrochet dress by Soft Surroundings, on the clearance rack at NBC for only $8, I was pretty excited. I love long white, boho dresses, and lace to boot? Yeah honey, just jump in my cart.

It’s on Poshmark at the time of this post for $90 so I am sure it was well over $100 when it hit the store. Here is the stock photo from what I assume is their catalog. It would be a great dress for a beach wedding. It really is a cute dress,

BUT… after seeing it in the photos, I don’t LOVE LOVE it, and the vault really does not have room for “like it okay” at this point. I think it would look better on a taller person. On me, it has that almost Chicos vibe that I am not into… just yet. Yep, just a little too age-appropriate for me lol. It will be hitting the sale rack soon, so someone else can love-love it.
