Bright WHITE
I am not going to lie, it’s a little tough to get back into the blog groove since I just want to wear pajamas all day and mope, however, I know that putting on something nice and bright will always put a little pep in my step. The opposite of my current gloom style would be something fun in bright white, the color that makes all things feel new.
I wanted a dressy casual look to ease back into glamour-rama, I bought this cute Anne Klein linen blazer for just $10 at GW at the beginning of summer, it was new with tags and is one of those pieces you can have in your closet for decades. Double-breasted blazers were all the rage back in the day, they go in and out of style but are never truly forgotten. It’s always good to keep at least one since you know they will be back sooner or later.
A few black accents with the fedora, the adorable Cape Robin heels, and a striped clutch bag. Buttoning the blazer gives it a dressier look. This blazer would also look great with jeans or pants, but its 104 degrees here this week ACK!!! Shorts it is!!
Double breasted blazers are versatile and so stylish, they will always be a fashion friend in my closet! It feels good to get back on the fashion train.
